Kelsey Gallagher, Research Manager
Kelsey Gallagher is the research manager at Schoelkopf Gallery. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the gallery and is responsible for the management of the firm’s inventory and projects, including overseeing shipping, compliance, and photography. She is also actively involved with research, cataloguing, and sales.
Prior to joining the gallery, Kelsey held positions at Hirschl & Adler Galleries in New York, The Courtauld Institute of Art in London, and The University of Western Brittany in Brest, France. She has extensive knowledge of early twentieth century art with a particular interest in international modernism, landscape, and cityscape.
Kelsey graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.A. in Art History, Visual Arts, and Francophone Studies. She received her M.A. in History of Art with distinction from The Courtauld Institute of Art. Kelsey has a DALF (Diploma in Advanced French Language) C1 level certification in French fluency.
